Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service to understand your country's import tax. 

Incomplete/ Incorrect AddressShould an order be sent back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will require a courier top-up cost before we can resend the parcel out again.

We are not liable for lost mail due to incomplete or wrong address.

All orders made are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a defect / incorrect item from us, please email us at hellopixiewonders@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photo of evidence
Thereafter we will guide you on the exchange process.

  1. Colours on screen may vary due to the lighting and colour resolution of different screens.
  2. Your order is secured when payment has been made and you receive an order confirmation via mail.
  3. Upon checkout, if you receive an error message that says the item in your cart is unavailable, it will means that the item(s) have been checked out by other buyer. Kindly choose other style.
  4. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email for a secondary option. You may choose to opt for refund for such case.
  5. We reserve the final rights to accept or reject any orders without providing reason.
  6. Discount codes/credit vouchers must be applied before checking out.
  7. There will be no refund if code/voucher is not applied to your order.
